Courtney I’ve just been looking back at the 2019/20 season after 11 games and the comparison between then and now is incredible. As you know we won the league in that season and having compared the two I’m starting to get excited about this season. honestly courtney, the 1230 and 2000, kick off times may not be friendly in your eyes, but as an aussie living in queensland, they the 2 most friendly time slots for us, the 1230 starts at 2130, and the 2000 starts at 0600, which are perfect as opposed to getting up at 0000 or 0230 for matches.

It must be a culture thing as well - in the States, 2000 HRS games are prime-time games; everyone is watching and usually viewed as "the big game" of the weekend. Sunday Night Football / Monday Night Football (American football). Something special about playing under the lights and the players love those games. Very interesting to know it's not the same in England. Aren't all the European games at 2000 HRS mid-week though?

In the 2019/20 season Liverpool went 27 matches unbeaten and had an 18 match winning run! They won the league by a massive 18 points (99 to 81) from Man. City! We also had Covid-19 that season! That’s how difficult it is to take the title from City!!! A good start was needed and that season we had a pandemic! We need the good start but definitely not the pandemic! LFC currently has 9 wins, 1 loss, and 1 draw; so still a long way to go!
