(No offence) the concrete bridge at the end of the video doesn't look strong enough to me, I think the people living there should be conscious about the risk factors. People from riga if you're seeing this i think you should speak with the team incharge of the bridge regarding the safety and make sure it's constructed in a proper way. To a better future.
