I see like most of the creator videos even in yours brother when ever the car goes to a tunnel or any dark places the headlights of the car is automatically on but in mine is not playing in maps like Auckland Shanghai etc etc I'm struggling I can't see anything especially when putting a shockwave effect I can't see anything it's very dark. Biggest difference btw unite and china imo is that availability of cars and currency. U need 40-50k tokens to max out a high end car which takes about 1 -2 years for f2p players(im talking abt one car) But in china version u can get that many tokens in a few months even as a beginner. Either make cars more cheap or give us that many tokens to us

It is. I started playing in June last year, and had a ton of fun. Especially during the Deus Vayanne season. I also completed my first showroom, and it felt amazing. But ever since A9 became ALU, it felt like a cartoon / ripoff version of A9. Its just not the same anymore man

​@@CarsOnGamingALU graphics has implemented dynamic ray tracing, which overall makes the cars appear more realistic in lighting in-track environments, like headlights in tunnels, at the expense of lowering the resolution and textures of elements in the background, like trees and foliage looking more like genshin when compared to A9. overall, this feels like an improvement for pc and even newer android devices with chipsets like snapdragon 8 gen 3 series. this game looks stunning on my realme gt6 with snapdragon 8s gen 3, not sure about optimization for ipad or iphone because the hardware accelerated ray tracing might be absent on apple chipsets idk...cheers!

At hindsight, you should have used your tokens to get venom when it was released on SE. It's been already quite a long time since Venom was released but it is still one of the best S cars and still the best car you can get on SE for sure. Waiting for SE rerun would be the only choice for now.

For me, it simply because the current game was harsh to new player. One of my club had multiple smurf accounts and he stated that his Lv.15 and lower accounts saw little to none progression regarding of car collection, and kinda forced players to buy packs or daily pass to catch up some good car hunts and starways simultaneously. The game silently ask the new players to invest their entire time in order to progress quicker and gain more, which is kinda sad

For me, I want to see Legends Unite bring more new game modes, improve the performance on lower-end devices, improve the career, and bring offline play for everyone. Yes, graphics are something that’s raving around every IP, but looks won’t make it the best. It’s what the devs bring to the table along with the updates, it will bring more and more people to hop in. Since you mentioned the Gauntlet being added, I also want to see 1v1 return featuring the updates new cars to grab blueprints, credits, tokens, and it’s factory imports as a great head start to make progression. With Gauntlet, the rewards can be the same and add overclock chips to help fill up the bank, without having to spend on the useless pass. If anyone would like to see something new, please let the devs know, so they can take the time to cook or even grill it.

I am a casual player, played this game (A9) since 2018 till now, and spent almost zero dollars. I feel like the game now has so many options of events to help different level of players to advance. My garage is at Level 40, and I have 193 cars. My strategy is to safe tokens for cars that I can enjoy driving (as a TD user). For beginners, I recommend finishing (maxing) all cars in Daily events (car hunts, daily car loot, exclusive events, etc), after that try completing Starway event (especially Huracan event). When you're done, you can move on to Special hunts/events. As the video explains, it is still beneficial to play as a casual player. You just progress slower than P2W players. Don't take the game too hard, have low expectations, and you may enjoy the game as it is, a game.

We’re a relatively small community but the game has started to die on Switch. I play with controllers and use tilt and have not been affected as much as stick users but looking at in relative terms many have quit. The graphics, as you pointed out, are more or less worse than in A9. We were promised catch up events since we were a year behind global but it has not materialized at all. There’s so much talk from GL’s side but no action. The pay to win tactics have put off even more people. And then there’s the psychological effect, 50% of my club members from A9 have quit or are not bothered to play at all and it has put a strain on comeradery since it’s difficult to kick out members you’ve shared good and bad with for three or more years. Sure, there are more events and less grinding to do compared to A9 but the amount of negative aspects prevail unfortunately.

The sad part is, They really can launch good events but they don't. I dont know what is happening in those HQs, obviously they want money, but even A9C is going good in money right, that's how the game is still in the market. Making good events will definitely benefit them in the long term but they dont understand. The more good events they give, the more the player base stays, the more the addiction, the more the chances of getting money. Check these 3 season in this update, literally 3-4 TLE's in a whole month, what is a person supposed to play when they have already blocked the mp so much. Catch up events for only the players, who dont have it, common you can give it to everyone. I have 60k tokens at f2p, and i still dont know where to spend them, because they dont make good events. Earlier BoS and coming BoS both are stupid in cars, which wont serve any purpose. For that reason, it's really frustrating. It's like 1200 hours I have given to this game are reduced to waste.

It was the graphics and locked cars on career that told me the game was done for me. True fact, the potato graphics I have to play with compared to the full max graphics settings I used to have and enjoy always left a bitter taste in my mouth, Trying to progress in career sucks too at the later stages as some cars have to be unlocked first some of which you have no access to unlock till a month or so 💀 and the unfair multiplayer matchmaking experience that even for a casual is just too much. as a new player i can admit its rather a rough ride for cars, i invested 20 euros for the garage lvl rewards(which doesnt expire) and the seasonpass for 5 euros, also a euro here and there to own as much max profit packs as possible, i bought (thanks to csgo drops) a 1million cash for 0.99cents :p this is the only way to even make some process, i have 19 cars atm, but i like a challenge to get as far as possible for the least amount of cash invested into the game, although the blueprint packs are quite tempting and addicting to open, i most of the time pass on those since investing 70-75 tokens for 1 blueprint most of the time is just not worth it

I love the Asphalt Series. especially A8 (in the past) and A9, but it felt this was the endgame for Asphalt series. ALU is great, great graphics (in certain devices, I have a phone, but it's still fine, 60fps, but drops to 20fps in intense scenarios.), Possible to get cars (like you said, You need patience.), But what it does is that it PUSHES you to do micro transactions, which will delete your current financial situation. I have been playing since I was 4. Now I feel like I just wanna go ahead and quit the game entirely. THIS IS COMING FROM A 10 YEAR PLAYER, QUIT ON ALU, IT'S NOT WORTH IT FOR YOUR MENTAL HEALTH.

Me personally I feel like the state of the game is changing in a very strange way, more so for veterans rather than greenhorns. Sure, there's veterans that may enjoy the game but it's a lot easier to see cracks in the concrete when you've seen them before; not so much new players knowing about asphalt 9/ALU's history. Given that, a lot of us lose motivation, tle riots are near impossible to get top 1% unless you devote a whole weekend to, all for a small performance boost... so cool. For some of us, we can't even get past stage 1 of an event because, you didn't spend 4-5 hours slaving at a car you thought would be useless, skill issue, tho newer players take that in stride to increase their garage - which is good for them. Just can't help but feel the game's direction is going a bit wayward, and maybe not for newer players - they're lapping it up right now in crazy hunts and easier events, but for vets like me inbetween newer and whale, there's nothing to really do other than have a poor MP1 car roster, another event we can't do and a burst of speed that we don't even care about Maybe ALU was a good idea, maybe it wasn't, we'll see what happens with what the developers do next

Iirc and cmiiw, china have some rules for games who want to release in their country, so the games need to be "less addictive" to play, take example like wuthering waves, where that's much more f2p friendly than genshin cause hoyoverse HQ is on singapore while kurogames in china, A9 CN change their gameplay experience for currency or grinding is high chance because of this things too, aside from A9CN is a "test version" before add features from CN to global, but you guys see it, the test version is much better than the final version

Basically: Yes, game is dying, if not at this very moment, then it will be pretty soon, because never in history have a game lasted long when devs do not give a flying heck about what players think. The current player count might not look too bad, but anyone who's been playing for some months would always talk about Gameloft's bad rep and the frustrating progression system. Really the only and best thing about this game is it's core gameplay, I enjoy the wacky physics, the air speed, the crazy nitro, there's no other arcade racing game that gives such an experience. The graphics are great too, (sorry to people on low performance phones) ALU now objectively looks quite a bit better than old A9, the UI and buttons feel very polished; for a mobile game, this is one hell of a technical accomplishment. However, the drawbacks are arguably even bigger. Personally, I play very little now only sometimes chilling in multiplayer as it feels like there isn't much point to continue keeping up with new stuff when the future of this game doesn't look any good, and is gradually getting boring and repetitive. I just do not understand the Devs, they put quite a lot of effort building this game, but why would they Never dare go the path of listening to the players and implementing QOL stuff/making store prices cheaper, if the players feel like the Devs are kind the game's revenue and playerbase might actually be better than now when they make every event scream pay or get screwed.

I quit asphalt legends unite 8 days ago even ihad 203 carsand grg lvl 44...even it runs well in my mobile at high graphics but instead of relaxation it makes me frustated the new mp rules the new system of car selection the league mixing starts at platinum 2650 leading to loose the race ..... then new way of rating increment plus 20 for 1st plus 12 for 2nd plus 8 for 3rd plus 4 for fourth minus 4 for 5th minus 8 for 6th minus 12 for 7th minus 16 for 8th .... they don't consider the high leagued members how can a huara bc , aperta . Zonda , 007s annd all beat chiron ultima devel vnmf5 and all. Wt*

The main issue at hand with this Game is the performance on mobile rn i cant play mp bcs of lags and frame rate issues they make my car seem like Its crawling the race starts then boom 2 seconds lags and the other racers are on the horizon Its literally annoying very ! I can barely understand the game developers being as greedy MFs, to have 300+ cars, and for each car to have close to 200 bps to unlock, along with fuel, tickets, keys and everything you can think of to make money, and to have such EXTREME greedy prices AND still have to grind your heart and soul out of your body and your burn your days for Gameloft + to endure the gambling system that by the way feels really unfair and RIGGED most of the time. Is a bit too much for every player base. One day it shall all come back to them like a boomerang. So you made an awesome game, let's ruin it with extreme grind and greed, that's what Asphalt has become. Let's not forget it was not long time ago since they take away from the players a whole in-game currency (green seasonal tokens) made it just a bit easier to buy stuff. Let's not forget how they implemented the whole useless in never asked for - overclocking system. So gradually they are taking away everything that is convenient for the players and substituting them with stuff that is not convenient for players and they usually have to pay for to somehow mitigate the handicaps they gradually and very subtly and insidiously introduced into the game. It is only a matter of time before a critical mass of players will have enough of these shenanigans and will take action!

La verdad este juego ya murió porque simplemente es imposible de progresar si eres nuevo, y si eres un jugador viejo (como mi caso, que juego desde el día 1 de A9 en switch) muy probablemente ya te hayas aburrido y simplemente te vas a un mejor juego de carreras o nada más dejas el juego porque eso, llega un punto que se vuelve muy repetitivo y uno se dice a si mismo: "Por qué sigo perdiendo mi tiempo de esta manera?" La verdad me sorprende que el juego siga teniendo suficientes jugadores como para que siga recibiendo actualizaciones, pero evidentemente ya no es lo mismo que antes

⚠️Paragraph Alert⚠️ MP1 is the worst part of the game, by quite some margin. It was good for a brief, glorious time, but now, it’s even worse than it was before Unite came out. They spoilt the only good reward in it: the epic import pack, & also completely ruined the point system, making it basically impossible to progress, & that’s before you get to the fact it’s on classic mode permanently, the Vanda Spam & goofy physics. It’s really irritating because underneath all this crap, the game’s actually pretty good, most of the daily events, career mode, some of the showroom, MP2, team pursuit mode, stuff like that is all pretty nice. But all this other garbage like MP1 & the p2w just ruins it. Speaking of team pursuit mode tho, there’s a trick in it that allows you to get the 1000 series score milestone reward an infinite number of times 🤣 i’ve used it to max my McLaren GT, Porsche Carrera GT, & Mercedes SLR McLaren 🔥 hoping it will still work for the next set of team pursuit cars so i can max my Huayra BC & Regera 🤞

Gameloft makes 200 millions USD YEARLY income on their top 5 games including Asphalt 9/Unite. So for them the only reason is to provide a product on which they can make money. It’s simple. This is one of the most expensive and slowest progress game just to glue players to the game for a long time and provide constant income to GL. As you said if you delete the game nothing changes in your life. The „skills” are useless in the real life. So play for fun a pay for what you want :)
