For collection events grinders, this nerf doesn't even register much because if you easy+expert maps then the trojan is the a good chunk of ben's viability. But then again, impoppable+expert will be a decent amount harder than before because the early game is very valuable. But on the other hand you don't spend much on farms late game

You can easily do a boss with Only Benjamin. For least tiers and Cash is absolute insane. I tried a least cash at boss challenge using Benjamin vs Bloonarius. I not too good so i used 300k money. But Benjamin foi his own get like 350k and i ended with like 100k

50 for 10 rounds - better for early 100 for more 10 rounds - better for mid game 150 for more 10 rounds - better for late game vs 25 for 10 rounds - worse for early game 75 for 10 rounds - not good nor bad for mid game 200 for 10 rounds - amazing for late game Both would have made 3.000 in 30 rounds It’s not really how much you end up making in the end to certain rounds but more how much you’re gaining per round for that portion of the game Benjamin is much worse for early game, but amazing for mid game; instead of good for early, amazing for mid and falling off by late game Then, what’s the best depends on game mode, map, difficulty, etc Like, Benjamin now? Amazing for bosses. But for easy or medium? really not worth it.

@@beaneater6923 I think adding the button to CHIMPS was a good call. It just means you don't have to back out of the game before you're about to die and if you mess that up saves you a lot time you'd otherwise waste getting back to that point. It doesn't decrease the difficulty while improving quality of life. I think other modes need this as well since most players want to win legitimately without the perks that continues come with but also don't want to waste their time replaying so much of the game to try again.

agree or disagree all im saying is a gamemode that specifically bans continues being one of the least punishing gamemodes to die in is damn ironic if i were nk i would keep the prior system where retrying in chimps would still be possible via challenge editor, but not supported in the main game

@@beaneater6923 It bans continues because they grant you extra cash and reset ability cooldowns and all that stuff, not because they want you to start over if you mess up once. That's the point of the black border system, to show that you beat it without having to.

It definitely can happen. I was doing a boss event a while ago and had skimming available for $13. It made me around $100 more than if I just waited, which is a lot when trying to snowball.

I was thinking the same thing and came to check the comments. It was worth it this game. At 3:52 Ben's lvl 4 costs $36 and round 16 has 48 bloons, resulting in $48 made from skimming so that's a huge $12 profit! Obviously it's also very round dependent, for example round 17 has only 12 bloons which would rarely be profitable depending on the level up cost.

It's a very hefty buff in least tiers when you cant be wasting tiers on farms so he makes enough money to compensate for that anyway. For my purposes though it's still a big nerf regardless of the gamemode

The road spikes would spawn on here, but the end of one track is the beginning of another, so they'd all get used in the first couple rounds. Other maps like Haunted, Pat's Pond (as if it weren't bad enough), and Flooded Valley also suffer from this

I've been enjoying the new Ben buff. He feels pretty different now. And honestly, he's not bad for bosses either. He starts to profit like crazy after round 90. You can probably get an extra 10 degrees on a paragon just from what you make after that.

Vid idea on quad map u have use 4 of every tower u put down. For example if u put a dart monkey down by the end of the run you must have 4 base dart monkeys. If this too ez do this but teir 1’s 2’s 3’s and tier 4’s and just dont count tier 5’s but u can still get it

The only way I can imagine that working is if you buy a level early, causing Ben to level up a round earlier and thus make back the money spent. And I don't mean like the example ISAB was showing in the video. I mean if he bought an upgrade earlier costing about the same amount so Ben would have reached lvl 15 the round before instead, which would have profited because of Ben's dynamic cash generation. This seems to work in theory but it would require some planning to know when to buy a level so that it has an impact later in the game.

It is. But big reason why Benjamin is so good, is that it allows you to snowball into other farms super early. So this rework basically cripples his early game snowballing strats, but gives him a good buff in the late game. But other thing to consider is that if you see trying to farm, you can pretty easy close to 100k/round in the 90's when you would get that final level for Benjamin. So in that context the extra 5k isn't that crazy.

Benjamin makes less, but still makes. He makes 750 less by round 40, compared to the amount he still makes over 0-income. Later, he makes 4x more, which really starts to make a difference when skimming falls off

Day 16 of asking for the masterful challenge Isab can only use monkeys which are the masters of their craft eg Apex plasma master, top and bottom path ninjas, bloon master alchemist etc. Paragons such as master builder are allowed as well Extra challenge is that this should be done with the mastery mode mod. If too difficult minimal farm8ng is allowed.

Honestly, I would be perfectly happy if Ben gets larger buffs because he's the only farming tower that is useable in CHIMPS that does basically 0 damage, he is a 1 of a kind (or at max 4 if you're doing co-op) tower, and you specifically give up heroes like Geraldo who can also farm to use him. Is that not an excuse for a sizeable buff?
