@@wthisthis69 EXACTLY, literally most of her hits were from collabs and features, she is very pretty but Beyoncé is gorgeous, Rihanna has a good voice and okay dancing skills but Beyoncé is gorgeous with a great voice and an incredible performer who also can really dance. Her fan base isn't big and the only reason why her hype since last year has been so huge is due to how long she hasn't released music, fenty, pregnancy and superbowl. Beyoncé is one of those rare artists that their music is VERY profitable due to her TALENT mostly.

If you drew a graph of Beyoncé's career, it would still be on an upward trajectory. This is not an emotional debate. It is observable true that MJ peaked and his stamina, innovation, and creativity started to wane. His RELEVANCE will never die, but as an artist, based on the things mentioned above, plus his personal life and decade long hiatus, he cannot be classed as THE greatest. One of the GREATS, yes, but not THE greatest. Even his album BEFORE he died was subpar. The GREATEST should have his greatest work and performances as he gets older, not at the start of his career.

Kairo - Tesla at the last years of his life went in a downhill spiral but he is still is considered the greatest inventor ever. To say one can’t be the greatest because at the end of their life wasn’t as glamorous as the middle or beginning is absurd. The truth of the matter is Michael acchieved heights that no other entertainer has ever come close too. The simple fact he made it that high, the fact he is the bar and the measuring stick, THE FACTS he left such huge shoes to fill is why he is considered the greatest just as is every other great person in our history. That being said, Michael was huge and successful till the very end. His “this is it” tour sold over a million tickets in less than 3 hrs. His documentary “this is it” became the most viewed and bought documentary. He ended his life with a bang that made him just as relevant all over the world as in his peak. So ur “opinion” doesn’t even make sense with context. I would even argue Beyoncé is nearing the end of her peak. But have ur opinions. Just make sure u know what ur talking about. I suggest u learn more about Michaels life before getting into this debate.

MJ was one of the greats but he couldn’t even manage his personal life, nor did he have control over his music or business moves. Beyoncé is her own manager and has been for years. That alone puts her in a different category. I’m not too sure why you’re arguing. MJs last album was considered by fans and critics to be his worst. How can you get worse as your career goes on? It doesn’t make sense. It’s further proof that as an artist he failed to innovate.
