I have a theory for all emotions that the players feel. “greed” might be there because of the swords and other loot the player as been collecting hence why we tried to take the ghost walker without second thought.”solitude” is there maybe because the player never really has someone to have a convo with and always has to fight without reasoning and trying to talk it out. “Fear” is probably because of the players trauma of everything they have gone through, an underlying sense of dread for the future that they are either trying to prevent or inevitably repeat. “Hatred” the swords are trying to take control of the players mind hence why we always immediately result to violence and hatred could have taken over the player when they collected all of the swords it is the players true nature “wrath” because when we defeat hatred it does not collapse it only becomes tame so there is always gonna be some little hatred in everyone. That’s the end this took some time but yea.

I didnt know our protagonist had so much on his mind. He had killed his greed for more, his greed for the swords. He had killed solitude, uhh.. introvert to extrovert. He had killed his fear, this will ensure that he will have no fear when wielding the swords, and other stuff. He had killed his hatred, his hatred for others, gone. This may help him / her not to assume quickly, or help him see the bigger picture.

Imagine the main character was egotistical thinking he was pure because of all the good deeds he has done, and him being better than everyone else. It even says when you touch the hatred orb that, "the world revolves around you" and you smile as it says that, and maybe you haven't truly defeated your hatred since you can visit the Guru to refight him, and he says something about hatred which I forgot about. This does contradict about the whole purifying youself thing though. Eh whatever, it's just a game theory
