Is Bluetooth equally good as cable? Mackie MC-40BT vs. MC-350

I just purchased the white/wired specifically for mixing records... I needed headphones(with larger drivers) i could hear bass over my BOSE F1 system.... They do a better than expected job of doing so.

Mackie MC-40BT has a lag/ latency when used wirelessly?

Since this video is a bit older, I can't exactly remember, but at 2:28 I stated it has no latency. I'm guessing it's apt-x although it's nowhere classified as apt-x. So video streams work like intended without lag. When used with non linear streams, like in games or while video editing, there will be latency for sure, if you're searching for a wireless solution without latency, you'd have to look elsewhere. For example over at audeze and their Maxwell lineup: amzn.to/3Wo673l They come with a dedicated wireless dongle and provide a near cable-like latency. They are designed for gaming, but come with a pretty good eq, I even use them for video and audio editing - no problem! 👍

Do the MC-350 have a microphone - I am on a lot of online meetings so need that function.

It comes with a cable - indeed it comes with three cables - but one of them has a mic and control Buttons included. 👍
