Sales tax will only cause a temporary rise in inflation. Eventually it will subside, because inflation can only be caused by two factors (majorly) - increase in monetary supply and decrease in productivity. Eventually budgets that are balanced will result in much much lower real inflation.

These anchors shape up people’s opinion based on the direction set by their media house owners, who are obviously influenced by the favours they get from govt, one way or another. Though in tax, if Indians are working abroad for more than 6 months in a year then they are exempt from Income tax. But note it down, that India do not allow dual citizenship. You can be only Indian at any time.
