Great interview. There's an understandable level of concern for Americans investing in foreign properties, and specifically Mexico. Thanks for dispelling a lot of those concerns. At this point I'd be nearly as concerned about unconstitutional government confiscation of private property in California or New York

@@Normancito860 Exactly, I understand the concern 100% but US citizens are very quick to point fingers without any comprehension of the situation. Don't throw stones if you live in a glass house - it's not all rosy over there. If we keep it to the subject real estate, it's the most unaffordable market we've ever seen, with serious structural issues, rising insurance costs etc - you don't waive a magic wand and make that dissapear overnight.

It’s funny how every realtor in Cabo seems to claim the same thing: being the one and only honest agent. It’s almost a cliché at this point! . Real honesty doesn’t need a proclamation; it proves itself.

There’s no title insurance. Title in Mexico is iffy a lot of the time. Always? No. Nothing in life is 100%. Everything is subject to a judicial system that is historically corrupt wheather it’s civil, crimminal or regulatory law. If you’re rich you get to keep the property if you make the payoff. This is my experience after living in Mexico for 60 years.😮😮😮

If you can't get title insurance than you can't buy period
