Will losing weight affect the coloring? Hello Carrie... Yes, the pigment will remain the same.. However, since the epidermis and the dermis tans (first and second layer of the skin), it then serves as a filter for the pigment. Hence, although the pigment did not change in color, it will look like it did. We also discussed this further in our course. @@secret2545 it depends on the scar.. if the problem is discoloration (lighter than your skin), yes hindi na sya halata even sa malapitan... but, if you’re problem is the texture of your scar, camouflage won’t address it.
