The $62 billion deficit isn't the main issue. The real concern is the cumulative deficit, which has surpassed $1.2 trillion in Canada. What are the interest payments on that amount? The focus should be on the total debt, not just the $62 billion, which is minor in comparison. Our country is heading toward bankruptcy at this rate.
