I played COC in its very first year, then I quit for 5 years up until 2023. It was so easy to pick up from where I left off. Edit: I guess my statement was hard to comprehend. I stopped playing for 5 years from early 2018 to early 2023.

I am quitting with three maxed th16 accounts, all have full blacksmiths. The updates and game trend has been disappointing and expensive and too time consuming. You must have two accounts because its impossible to get ccs filled when you want them. My third was just out of boredom . Wars suck because people don’t show up. I am a casual gamer in a casual clan, which I believe is the majority of players.

You say people post negatively about the game just to get views, yet you did the same thing by putting a clickbait/ controversial topic. You only spoke about the pros of the game not a single thing about the bad decisions taken by supercell over the years. Each and every point that you made about a feature is now in a stalemate/ mostly forgotten by players due to it being bad and boring or by simple terms supercell removed certain features from the game. How much did supercell pay you for this advertisement ? I don’t see why they had to ban it over harassment when we had the “report” function in the first place. Clash of Clans, in my eyes, is declining in quality. We keep getting unnecessary new Town Halls and features. For the love of god, did we really need hero items to be separate from hero levels? This change makes upgrading heroes nearly obsolete since all we need is their ability and for them to be at a decent enough level, like 70-80. It takes away the challenge and satisfaction of fully leveling up heroes, which used to be a significant part of the game. The focus seems to be shifting towards constant additions rather than refining the core gameplay, and it's diluting the overall experience for long-time players.

i started playing coc in 2016, didn't know what exactly to do i have no time to watch it in youtube then Global chat helps me to find a clan then my leader helps me to progress we became friends back then but we decided to quit coc in 2019 but our friendship remains up to present. Before we call/vc each other like everyday but now we barely talk to each other. I am so grateful to find a special friend like that in coc we still videocall each other but just once in a while now. Started playing coc again last april but global chat has gone i miss those days where you can talk to friendly people in global chat. I am now in TH16 hopefully maxed everything out before TH17 released.

I remember playing clash of clans in 2013 and everything was so expensive. I quit because i couldn't afford a lvl 3 wizard tower that was like 3.8 million. Hello Kennyjo I am a fan and I hope you read this. I just wanted to tell you I like when you make 10min+ clash content. I like to be able to sit and watch you play the game. The shorter clash video are cool too but I like sitting and watching your actual videos as well. Shorts are cool too but I'm not always watching shorts and they're also short so I don't like watching them. I love watching your content ofc though just not when they're short videos. I started playing since day 1 of the release for Android in 2012. Then stopped in 2014 or so and came back in March 2023. I had 3 accounts and recovered 2 at that time since I was slowly coming back. But about 1 month or 2 later, I noticed that my 3rd account disappeared, along with some other old and dead accounts in my clan. phew... lucky that I came back at the right time after a 10-year break

clash of clans literally changed all of gaming forever by perfecting the 'Pay for accelerated progress' business model. Nothing is locked behind in game purchases aside from cosmetics, gotta love it.

Supercell (mainly clash of clans) listens to their community but more then that they TALK, they give us videos and posts about our concerns or about updates/plans, and they respond to comments and questions. They take care of us and we take care of them. I’ve played for 11 years and I have taken breaks, longest one being a year when the builder base came out because I didn’t like it, now I have it maxed out lol, and almost a maxed th16. I did the math and based off receipts and educators guessing I’ve spent just shy of 2k USD, over the course of 11 years……… I love that they listen and respond to us, that they have regular updates and fun. I don’t always agree with their decisions but they try and that’s what matters

I don't think it will die, but I feel like the main problem is that players in the lower town hall levels rarely get any updates. Like imagine if you are a th9. Sure you got hero equipment, but what else have you gotten in the past year? New pets don't really matter, new town halls don't affect you, balance changes to OP troops at th15 don't affect you, I'm a th10 and honestly getting burnt out because nothing other than hero equipment has changed for me since like the clan capital, unless I'm forgetting something

​@@HehehehawYtLets talk in detail, first of all, Gems Gems were always like a secondary option (after builders) if you dont have resources or dont wanna wait, but nowadays theres so much in gems, like the apprentice builder then the goblin builder also when you miss a event when you were maybe busy Supercell want you to spend 1500 gems to get the equipment/anything you missed, and each upgrade costing millions of loot and months of waiting, like Supercell is forcing you to spend your money to buy goldpass/offers/gems, I am Free to play myself, and i do my best at attacking, gathering loot and upgrading, but the offers in the shop just ruins the fun as every other spender buys them and gets ahead of you without any work...

For free to play player its very though even Call of duty, free fire, Bgmi take to develop skills which can be achieved under 2 -3 years but clans of clans is of hell patience like 7-8 if continue

As a 2015 player from coc, let me tell you that the game keeps getting worse cause all the troops, buildings, heroes and spells take way to long to upgrade, like why do I have to wait 3 weeks for a single building to upgrade
