Was a good episode this, often rewatch it. Thought Dawn was great, she would have been an amazing front of house at any restaurant she walked in. Was sad it didn't work out for her especially, and when she broke down on Blackpool front it really was tragic as it was obvious despite Ramsay being there that there was no way back. And that stuff about Nigel, yeah very shocking. Blackpool can be quite a distressing place, and behind the cheap lights is a very dark underbelly. Thanks for your great work looking back on the show 👍

Ramsay seemed irrationally harsh to them. Two folks immediately willing to learn, listen and change. It was bizarre almost like Gordon had dated the woman before or something but was mad at the dude for taking her later.
