Kung di ako nagkakamali, hindi pa matatapos ang development jan.. yun tinatayuan ng Avida Towers Abreeza is also part of the Abreeza District, expansion nila yan... and it also has planned Commercial/Office areas infront of the Residential condos. Kung napapansin nyo may malaking space pa just right infront of Avida Towers Abreeza, along the JP Laurel road.

Tama po noh.. Diba may tower 4 pa tong Avida Abreeza which is nasa tabi talaga ng Jp laurel ave. Baka sunod na nila yung tower 3 & tower 4 for construction anytime this year po ☺

As of now po wala pa hong latest release ang ayalas i think mag coconcentrate muna sila sa Azuela Cove po.. As of noe na ongoing construction inside the vicinity and nearby ng abreeza is Expansion of Abreeza with Corporate tower 2,Patio Suites 2 towers by Alveo, 3 towers avida towers abreeza tower 4 soon and nearby is Big 8 Corporate Hotel (formerly Durian Hotel), Indian Dormitory, Ivory Residences ongoing ground works for Obsidian suites hotel and a proposed The lantern by Aeon Luxe Properties and *hear say* the proposed Marriott Hotel in the former Villa Margarita hotel.. Yang ang problema sa Abreeza mall puno lagi ang parking area kahit saan. kaya ang ending punta nalang sa SM maraming parking area😂 hehe

Ah ok.. So probably ying mga markers na nakita ko sa kalsada is for the foundation po yun.. Feeling ko gagawin nila yung tulad sa Corporate Center 1 yung connectado sa mall po talaga tapos parang may driveway sa baba.. Hoping for them to consider multilevel car park sana para walang ng naka parking na sasakyan along sa road inside the complex.. Thanks for the info and tuning in my channel po ☺🙏

Gusto ko lng din po kasi pakita kung ano din yung ibang development inside the complex or what's new before i go to the target project na idedevelop..i used to it na every time gagawa ako ng vlog sinasama ko na po yung mga ibang developments nearby or within the vicinity po..
