I’m down 10k with a share price average of $6.12. Should people average down to try to hit that $5.50 mark prior to the sell which looks like will happen around Q4? A lot of retail investors are gonna lose big on this buyout.

Great interview, discussion, and insights. I will make 28% return on this deal, but believe CoStar acquired Matterport for a song. CoStar is about to exploit a powerful Matterport advantage one dimensional thinkers in the Real Estate game cannot see because it’s in their blindspot and beyond their comprehension. The conference call provided a glimpse into where CoStar is headed in the future. Look at this through the AI, subscription expansions, and software platform integrations. SaaS play.
