Doug Ten Napel's talent didn't come overnight. The dude hustles like no one else. The hours he has spent painting, drawing, etc. is how he got to the skillset level that he has. I am thoroughly convinced anyone can make good art; most just don't want to put the time in.

Nice video! Creature Tech is one of my favorite Doug TenNapel books-I think it might have been the first one I checked out from the library many years ago. It hits all the good spots, and one of my favorite scenes is the sequence where Blue the Mantis goes to heaven for a brief minute.

This is a great review. I loved Creature Tech the first time I read it. I wish I was aware of really awesome Christian created and influenced media when I was younger instead of finding all this stuff as an adult.
