Is CRNA school worth it?

Is CRNA school actually worth it? Is it worth 3 grueling years of intense training? Is it worth the countless hours of study? I'm not a CRNA *yet*, but here are the reasons why I think it is worth it to be a CRNA in 2022. I am a nurse practitioner with about 8 years experience in emergency medicine.
