There are 3 ways to defend cross spamers for my self. 1. Using Ariel fort(if u have) 2.Man marking. Lb>rwf,Lmf>Rmf,Dmf>Rb(only for 1 sided cross) 3. Make a slide tackle when they are about to cross(ok for foul) 4.pull the gk out before a second they are trying to cross. Hope this helps 😂

My own suggestions bro Use aerial fort defenders and tall CB's Man Mark the two CF with ur two CB And adjust ur DMF to the position where he can always attach the cross specialist. I learnt this from Dennis Bernand live stream and it worked

i see utuber (mednasah) do content on efootball (ps5). the formation also same as prev oppo but slightly different with midfield..for those want cross spamming:- 1) use playstyle LBC & make CF as counter attack both of them. 2) use RWF prolific winger as dummy for crossing 3) use anchoring for RMF & attacking for RB 4) use 1 CM (ocestrator) and 1 CDM (anchorman) with high def engagement, but if u doesn't have CDM with high engagement just put both midfield as CDM that it, i already try that formation no doubt and really masterpiece..

Nowadays everyone is trying to play through the middle with ping pong and one-twos using 4222 or 4312 which gives players who try to use the wider area an advantage to cross spam which is a good way to counter middle play formation. For me the best way to play against cross spammers is to play 4141 or 4231 cause you need your wide attacking players to help you when defending and you can also use it to play against ping pong players.

If tge opponent is cross spamming from right mark his rwf with your LB by giving individual instruction MAN MARKING, same if he is spamming from Left…. Also there will be a AMF in their team who is delivering those passes to the lmf or lwf , man mark their amf with your dmf in INDIVIDUAL INSTRUCTION, when you come across cross spammer like this, adjust your formation in a way so that your dmf and lb or rb will block the passes. This is how I tackle a cross spammer and won against him😂🚀

Best play style: cross spam, semi auto defending, 4114 formation. 1 bar defending and wait for the oppo to launch his attack then u seize the ball😂😡😤 send them to your crosser waiting patiently for the ball to cross and your bullet headers in the box smiling 😂. Even if u loose at the end of the game, u don feel hurt, like when u try to play a normal good realistic game just to get thrashed by some dumb as in game tactics 😂

trust me bro, cross spamming isn't overpowered, first you need to get the players, and getting the players alone is a struggle so only the top tier players have it, and even then it doesn't always work.

i will confess, i do worse that this, i have a trick i use to score 95% of my crosses. i also have a trick to defend against it. i only lose matches where i can't get the ball to my wingers for some reasons especially against some defensive full backs.
