I can clearly see confidence in ashish eyes and that sukoon of good working atmosphere which one dream of . We have all seen struggle of ashish from working to khatra ship to this one . People think jab tak gadha majdoori nahi karoge tab tak aap successful nahi ho . I think this should be changed and more working good working culture like this come on merchant ship .
