I like this one, personally, she looks very manic, and fully giving her a white tattered straitjacket just works, because she already had one. She looks more scary now, I like it ^^

I lately realized, that every brawler is going to have a rare skin. Some of them are always available, some are going to be seasonal. But everyone will have a rare skin. However, there may be exeptions, like Bonnie for example. Rico, Colette, El Primo, those brawlers never had rare skins, but now they are on the list too. Idk if it's good or bad, but I think it's pretty cool. At least, I can't see any downsides
