How is the video getting to them? Thru your internet or is it a cellular connection? Streaming video is high bandwidth use. If it goes thru your internet, it's going to kill your internet speeds.

What when it has a direct call immediately as you enter the guarded area speed dial to nine one one,if you turn and run for it you will hear that too as you you think it's a joke and come back it would be still on and that's when you really get arrested not warnings like they don't want warning shots

Had this system for over 5 years. It's Bern ok until they just announced a reality big rate increase. Like upto $200. A month I was paying $500. a year.

Not only that, they lock you in for a year if you decide to switch to their new system. I've had problems with this system months after their trial period ends, and all they can say is "tough luck." Whats worse is the cost to cancel early is the remaining cost you'd pay for the rest of the year.

What they don't tell ya. The dude monitoring the screens has way to manny screens to effectively monitor. With to manny screens to monitor, you could have multiple events in a short period of time. Also for most of the time nothing happens & monitors get bored & play on their phone or eat pizza. Then ya still have to depend on the police who might consider trespassing a low priority call. A dog & a firearm might be a better option!

This system doesn't do well if you're in an area that doesn't have good wifi connection or frequently restarts. The cameras don't connect back to the hub easily and I've had manually reconnect the cameras. Real PITA

I saw a home security video on the news. Car parks on the street. 2 BG both had their faces covered. 1 went to the front of the barnd new pickup & pointed an AK at the homes front door. The other had a tablet around his neck on a cord. They stole the pickup under 2 minutes!

Deep sentinel is awful. Tech is awful and their support is way worse. Service never works and the cameras break 3-4x each year. Have to buy new cameras each time. STAY AWAY
