This is a pretty decent Otis skin but in my opinion not as cool as Oni Otis. Fun fact: Oni Otis is the only Otis skin that doesn't have a custom animation for his dormant star gadget, I wonder if they'll ever give it an animation considering how no one plays this since it's weird and situational
