I think the best way to summarize it is, destiny 1 will always be the same if something is good it will always be good. In contrast, destiny 2 can have massive changes etc. So its really up to the player if they want things to stay the same or to change.

D1 has less stats to juggle, better atmospheric environments, less build crafting, no weapon crafting. If it had the same QOL features that have been brought to D2 with nothing excessive it'd be an easy answer of it being better.

theres things i like about both. D1: complete story, every mode has a reason to be played, guns with customization, and skills that actually made it feel like you were choice in your build d2: yeah imma piss people off here but the armors are way better and not just the eververse crap.

Honestamente, para mi, destiny 1 fue mejor que el destiny 2, y no solo por la nostalgia, si no que, sentía que en destiny 1 todo era divertido, cada actividad, cada arma, buscar a gente en la torre, hacer raids etc, en Destiny 2 cambió todo eso(sobre todo por su primer año pésimo que tuvo), pero ahora explicaré, porque destiny 1 me parece mejor, al menos en ciertos aspectos: Bueno, recuerdo que cuando empecé a jugar destiny 1, yo iba al colegio, no recuerdo si a sexto de primaria o asi, pero recuerdo que un amigo me dijo que iba a salir un nuevo juego que se llamaba "destiny", al ver el trailer, quedé sorprendido, parecía un juego muy llamativo y divertido. Cuando salió, me lo compré y nada mas empezar me encantó como te dejaban escoger una clase(por cierto yo elegí titan, aunque luego cree cazador y hechicero) y todo empezó en el cosmodromo, los primeros enemigos, los caidos, como teníamos que huir de ellos y buscar una nave, la verdad me encantó el enfoque de "soy el guardian, la tierra ha sufrido un colapso y debo protegerlo de la oscuridad", luego, cuando llegué a la torre, me encantó lo grande que era, lo hermoso que era, era genial esa torre. La luna, venus y marte fueron localizaciones hermosas, con enemigos únicos, me sentía como todo un guardian yendo a la luna y enfrentando a la colmena, o a venus y derrotar un montón de vex, o a Marte y luchar con los grandes cabals, era todo muy divertido, sobre todo lo de subir de nivel, de subir de nivel para hacer esta misión, me encantaba la progresión del juego. Después de acabar la historia principal, había un montón de cosas por hacer, asaltos, patrullas, ocaso, la raid de atheon etc... después vino el dlc de crota, con nueva historia +nueva raid, y más con que podías buscar a gente en la torre para jugar o ayudar a que subieran de nivel, en la torre conocí muchos amigos, hice muchas raids, entré en un clan. Con el dlc de los lobos, la verdad si que fue muy meh, el presidio estaba bien, pero no era tan divertido ese dlc, ahí si fue un gran altibajo para destiny, pero luego vino el mejor dlc de destiny 1, the taken king, con nueva historia, nuevos enemigos, los poseidos, nueva localización (el acorazado), nueva raid, era flipante ese dlc, me dió mas diversión(y bueno, ni hablar de la música de destiny 1, era mágica) Con el último dlc de destiny, rise of the iron, aunque no fue bestial, fue bastante divertido, la raid, la nueva arma, las armaduras, nos dieron una nueva zona social, nuevo escenario de nieve, me encantó ese dlc, aun siendo el último, sobre todo cuando hicieron que el nivel máximo fuera 400 de luz y nos dieron las raids a mayor dificultad +nuevas armaduras. Ah y se me olvidó mencionar, las armaduras en destiny 1 eran una joya, eran super bonitas, sobre todo las simbioticas o las de atheon, crota, las armaduras en destiny 1 estaban en otra liga. Luego...llegó destiny 2, que en principio me jodió que se empezará desde 0, pero no me importó mucho, jugué la beta de destiny 2 y me encantó el principio con la guerra roja. Al comprarme el destiny 2, la historia principal de la guerra roja, fue trágica, ya que perdimos la torre, pero fue epica como aun sin la luz, nos levantamos y junto a nuestro espectro, volvimos a "renacer" en la luz, para eliminar a los que nos robaron la luz(añado que los cabals, el diseño molaba, el único "pero", eran los de escudo, su mayor debilidad era su propio escudo lol). Después de terminarme la historia era como un "ya está?", el endgame estaba super vacio con 2 asaltos(no recuerdo si habia raid), luego los escenarios, menos la ZME y nessus, io y titan me parecieron muy feos, abandoné destiny 2 por un tiempo, ya que no había nada interesante que hacer y añado, la nueva zona social fue muy fea, darnos una "muralla", donde la vanguardia estaba cada 1 en un lado, prefiero 1000 veces la torre de destiny 1, con la vanguardia juntos. Llegaron los 2 primeros dlcs, pero mi clan dejó de jugar destiny 2, yo los jugué y fueron muy meh, después con los renegados, fue muy divertido, pero lo malo mi clan se fue y no tenía a nadie para hacer raids, entonces lo dejé un tiempo. Hasta que pum, lo hicieron freetoplay, pusieron municion primaria infinita, y la verdad ya no sentía lo mismo que con destiny 1, cada dlc estaba divertido, pero no sentía la misma magia que con destiny 1 y además no tenia a nadie con quien hacer raid, ya que mi clan dejó el juego y pocos amigos mios jugaban destiny 2, hasta que ahora, ya no importaba el nivel, ya que, en cada pase, empezabas desde "0", no había ningun motivo para subir de luz, hubo varios dlcs buenos, y otros no tan buenos, pero desde que la cagaron con los 2 primeros dlcs, no me volvió a enganchar destiny 2. En cuanto escenarios, en dlc hubo escenarios preciosos, Neumuna fue precioso por ejemplo, debo admitirlo, pero desde que empezaron a hacer pases, se me quitó la ilusión, y más cuando eliminaron la historia principal +los 2 primeros dlcs, el gran problema de destiny 2, fue empezar mal, y bueno, que las armaduras eran bastante peores que las del 1(que luego fueron mejorando) y también que no tenía con quien hacer raids, cuando mis amigos empezaron a jugar destiny 2, a mi se me quitó el hype por el juego, asi que, cada vez que volvia era para hacer asaltos, dlc nuevo y ya, ya que las raids al estar tan "atrasado" no tenía con quien hacerlo. Pd: en cuanto jugabilidad, destiny 2 mejoró bastante, haciendolo más rápido y dinámico, ahi destiny 2 se lleva un gran punto, sobre todo el poder a cualquier ubicación, sin tener que ir a la órbita con anterioridad

You would be alone, and in your opinion, most people that play both games say destiny one is the fire superior looking product because the artwork is prettier and more detailed destiny to and and you can compare yourself by going to somewhere in the cosmodrome and comparing D1 with D2 D1 will look better if you think otherwise you’re just not looking at the details Regardless of any of that the gameplay is more rewarding more satisfying that the only problem with the one is that it lacks the content, but then again, you can start at the beginning and worked your way through the story as far as it goes and you can do it in a linear fashion, so you understand what the fuck is going on you even understand rise of iron if you get that far But it’s a whole side quest into an area of the game that that deals with Lore

First of all doesn’t matter what you’re on there’s only a PS4 PS3 Xbox one and Xbox 360 client that’s all there is right but that doesn’t have shit to do with it. The fact is all games are frame right locked at 30 FPS on those errors of consuls the game itself would have to be they would have to put out an upgrade to the PS five in order to get it above 30 FPS

D1 is simple and easy to follow and is completed while D2 ranges wildly still making it unstable and is a confusing mess with story and guilds for new players also the whole vault thing is honestly trash and not friendly to new players trying to understand. It’s bad … D2 really just improved on mechanics, stability, state of life and visually improved. Which if we’re taking about graphic is a dumb argument cuz obviously technology would always move forward which is why most things look better than compare to older things. It’s just dumb should’ve compare style, art, feel, vibe, contrast and atmosphere more cuz D1 wins that with better story and easy of play for new comers. Again D2 just has better mechanics like slide, tighter gunplay, movement etc obviously it’s modern like most games now and again graphics cuz it’s modern but that doesn’t mean it’s better that GenZ brain talk 🧠

Feel like destiny 1 is better in that they did not lock away all the content .. d2 is a mess .. i did pay for the game when it did came out and did play for some time but something happened in my life so i did not play the game for a long time then i did try to play it again but the game was not the same .. and the campaigns were gone .. you could replay them in the tower in the hangar and that did work fine for me and they should do something like that .. but i did not really start to play again before this year .. but today the game is even more a mess for new players alle the campaigns from the game i did pay for is gone for all players .. the story does not make any sense for a new player and why is cayde 6 dead ? Well i will never know cause i was to late .. wtf is that and all the dlc content you pay for .. that just disappear over time .. thats crazy thats even legal ..

Destiny 2 just feels better when you play it... I get you when you say 30fps sucks... It't not even that it's just 30fps (which can still look smooth), Graphic wise, Destiny 2 feels better!! You seem to move faster!! Which in Destiny 2, makes it seem like your moving at a snails pace!! I do like blasting thru for the story though

You know, I’ve done the entire fucking campaign twice on two different characters and I haven’t gotten a single exotic and that’s one of the things I like about this game and destiny too. You start out with a new player before you even finish before I mean you’re just in the cosmodrome doing things and you’ve already got an OP auto rifle I can’t think what it’s called. The one that gets stranded when you are put the catalyst on and complete it the one you’re only supposed to get if you ordered the deluxe edition it’s exclusive to the deluxe edition, but every new player gets it now and then you get a tractor canon shortly after that, then you get two more exotic quest for Dorn and our below are I can ever say it our Arbor Arabella, I mean destiny two is easy mode and they just throw shit at you like crazy one when you earn one of them you feel like you earned it because they don’t drop every day or even very often

I like how you said d2 raids are better than D1 raids even though almost every D2 raid is a copy of kings fall especially last wish and I'm not saying that's a bad raid but it's straight up kings fall redskined. As far as locations the only location d2 has that can compete with D1 is the dreaming city, neomoona is extremely bland, the throne world is good but nowhere near as good as the dreadnaught, as far as looks yes d2 looks better graphics wise but as far as art direction and style D1 wins hands down, as far as game play yes d2 has many qol that are great but D1 is better they have nerfed to much stuff for D2 to be fun anymore did you not notice how many supers you where getting in d1? It's like they understood that the game is about having space magic! Wow it's like the people that made d1 had a vision for it unlike D2 for the last 3 years! Half of the qol and other updates they made to D2 where things they brought back from D1 including customizable subclasses and special weapons! Is d2 better than D1 in every way no is D1 better than D2 in every way no that's why I think the perfect destiny is a 50/50 split of both games be it sandbox, content and how it's implemented in game ect, most D2 activities are dogshit at this point yes dungeons are great I live them but all the core play list in D2 are worse and always have been in comparison to D1! Gambit should just be gotten rid of at this point and they should bring back POE it was amazing and I miss it. The higher ups have ruined D2 it was doing good for a certain amount of time but ever since around shadowkeep it's been basically all down hill.
