@CoreyBMTG I soooo miss the days of VS Live! We don't have enough content like that anymore :(
@CoreyBMTG17 күн бұрын
@@kerey6429 I miss it as well. It's too bad it wasn't a bit more popular as I loved making that content.

I could tell you, Ross, and everyone else enjoyed making the videos. Helped a lot seeing you guys highlight different meta deck matchups or brewing new decks during a format shake up!

Love the dojo testing and higher level play. I know it probably gets boring for both the content creator and viewers but having someone doing this is always nice
@CoreyBMTG15 күн бұрын
Yeah it's exactly that. Viewership for sure points in the way of people not liking it. But I do enjoy making this dojo style testing and will make sure to sprinkle it in from time to time as I prep for big events.

Love the dojo content. For sure post more of these in the future :)

Love the competitive-focused content. The casual mtg videos are endless, we need more for the spikes!
@guybrushthreepwood817416 күн бұрын
yeah for sure. I am just not interested in decks that are not at least tier 1.5 ish.

Dojo all day every day imo, keep up the good work.

Love the content and any deck with black included :) Dimir is in a really nice spot in the meta now and i love that! Thank you for all the decks and gameplay that you put out, Much love from Sweden :D

Black does seem like the best color right now! Appreciate you watching!

I would watch this content nonstop, you should go into the dojo more often❤

Prefering the spikey content. Theres plenty of content featuring the bad decks but kinda only arne covering actual good decks and quality gameplay
@CoreyBMTG17 күн бұрын
Love to hear that! You will like the next 5 YT videos then for sure. :)

FWIW, I really like the competitive content. It’s why I watch. Edit: I’ve also been trying to learn this deck and this was super helpful and informative for it.

Awesome! Love to hear that.

Is this correct - (i'm only on match 1 so far) - If I play Mockingbird for U and then target my Soulstone Sanctuary as a creature, I will get a 3/3 Flying Vigilance for U? is this right? Another great card I've been testing is Azure Beastbinder, the 1/3 Vigilance Cant be blocked that turns one of their creatures into a 2/2 with no text for a turn whenever it attacks.
@CoreyBMTG16 күн бұрын
Nope, it becomes a land unactivated with flying. Still really good though. I do it often. I don’t love the 1/3 personally but it seems okay. :)

i always like watching these just to see what i can do against dimir. the more i watch, the more i realize that you just dont win if dimir starts with any removal
@CoreyBMTG14 күн бұрын
Depends on the deck for sure but the deck is really really good!

Corey, trying to prep for RCQ season and as an Aggro enjoyer I am overstimulated lol. So many options. Between gruul and convoke-what do you think has better consistency and staying power?

Currently I’m sold on occulus, feels like structurally they go over the midrange decks, and there are lots of good white SB cards against red (sheltered by ghosts, lockdown/split up, monastery mentor)
@CoreyBMTG17 күн бұрын
Yeah that is a solid deck as well. Standard is full of really close decks atm.

Question: between your best Dimir and Golgari lists, which one fares better against random Arena ladder brews? Stuff like mono-green landfall, orzhov lifegain, etc.
@CoreyBMTG16 күн бұрын
I would say Dimir. Hard to argue with card advantage, early threats, and removal.
