Is Dokkan Battle's 9th Anniversary "Disappointing"?

I thought the anniversary was great. I have been having fun. I play ton on gacha games, and i still enjoy the anniversary content at my pace. The first step ups were amazing, but i didn't think they would do the same format for Beast, especially because it was never confirmed. I had a feeling we would get tickets if the format wasn't going to be the same.
