yoo @hallowsbane great video man. tho i have a question, what does the evasion rate % mean? like I have 900 evasion and can reach 26% melee evasion rate; does that mean I have to take 900 and add up 26% to it? that would give me 1134 evasion. does this make sense? thanks!

@@Scaryflocka thanks. % evasion is still helpful but it is customary to just report the shown number, so in this case 900.

I found that the eva build had a lot of problems with PVE. So it's best to use the DR build for both PVP and PVE.

Try the attacker using accuracy gear.

I think you could have added the evasion player as the attacker vs the dr player as defender, just so we see how much dmg we lose by going Eva AP build, other than that, great informative video, keep them coming!

@@kikojffr thanks. The APs were only 3 apart for the two builds so the damage outputs of both builds should be very similar.

Oh well, forget what I’ve just said xD I just thought that given the acc tradeoff, eva would output less dmg, but that is irrelevant since the defender would be dr and only AP matters. Have a nice one m8!

600 dr vs 1160 eva=same tankiness so here is the simple question for braindead bdo community in comments; if 1 cadry "309+ap 720 dr with 680 pvp ap" is have equal tankiness to sicil+cent "293 ap 1300 evasion with 620 pvp ap" even in evasion classes like mystic or striker, would u still choose eva? if your answer is yes, go to asylum.

@@hallowsbane dude thats not true at all. Eva had buffs and DR had nothing. we can see the buffs on the healtbar.

I’m the hash in the video. I had the same buffs in all setups. The game is bugged sometimes and doesn’t show. It is not Hallowsbane’s fault that the game bugged out. Thanks.

im a tamer they took away all our DP buffs and we only have Eva buff but no eva passive wth am i suppose to do. im going eva but idk if its worth it

Awake Hash tanks better than my Awake Striker, same everything they are tagged, go figure why. but Hash has more base evasion and Striker more DR but seems high eva benefits from from DR changes better than everyone expected, and better than DR classes that got a lil free random evasion from patch

30 dr diff its cringe when i swap on dr its 80+ more but u have 30 more test is not full and you have a class not dr

Since when do evasion builds use nouver. The second test is completely unrealistic because only a mentally ill person would run that. Not to mention, Im curious how you're getting 984 accuracy on a "full ap" build.

@@MyManJohnny just wanted to show both sides as comparing kutum to nouver doesn’t really show anything. Accuracy crystals. I’m full AP as in not using defensive accessories.

@@hallowsbane it shows way more realistic situation because no sane person is going to run nouver in an evasion build. Ok, so it's ap build with balanced crystal setup, because as far as I know, under full ap most people understand dropping accuracy on vipers and lightstones for more ap/special damage%.
