Excellent video! I was just nodding my head on every point. If I had employees asking to go I'd really like to understand the value proposition. I'm all for a good time with some RHCP and networking but flights, hotels and admission are going up while ROI is becoming more questionable. Growing up in Alabama/Georgia with great depression era grandparents I'm very frugal and this hasn't made sense to me yet. I love the Ohana and want a good excuse to go but being self employed I'm paying the bill and would prefer to go to some Dreamin' events 😉 I still have FOMO so you guys need to get this over with ASAP so I can rest easy!
