Eastvale is such a young town so far but so much has been built and accomplished so much in 13 years it’s been built and it’s growing way more love to live here!

I’ve lived at Eastvale for 12 years. It’s a quiet and friendly community. Working class residential living and very clean. A nice city to raise your family in. The weather can get pretty warm in the summer like triple digits. As far as entertainment goes I believe most kids stay home and play Xbox or Nintendo in their rooms. You rarely see them outdoors.

All of the farms have been torn down and replaced with new homes and shopping districts. The only place that’s kinda sketchy is the neighborhood off chandler st and Archibald.

Personal I’ve been living in Eastvale for years, this city has changed dramatically, first you see cows cows and more cows now you see houses everywhere and construction sites everywhere. Tbh the houses are really expensive but that California plus I bought this house about 9 years ago but the school systems are great and all of the restaurants everything are sooo good (especially Corey’s)

We’re supposedly getting a Victoria Gardens style shopping center at some point in time. Things are definitely still being built out here but it’s a nice city. Traffic is a little crazy but that’s SoCal for you.

Eastvale is a pretty nice place to live at with a lot of townhouses (I think), growing up in eastvale is pretty nice

The only thing that I can say about Eastvale is I feel safe. I’ve been here for 20 yrs and my primary reason to move here was Safety, Excellent Schools and Quiet Serene Vibe to raise my Kids/Grandkids. If you’re looking for entertainment 😌 You’re not going to get too much, Family Orient. Sports, Carnivals, Backyard Picnics. That’s it yaw. Crime is very Low.

Eastvale was one of my options but me and my wife ended up moving to N.Fontana from LA. Super windy but i do love living here in the IE.

I just bought a house in Eastvale two years ago and I am gonna move into it in few years. The reason why I choose Eastvale because it s safe and very relaxing. Not so many people cuz I am living in San Francisco I don’t like so crowded.

Bought in 2003 for $250,000 and sold in 2007 right before the market dropped for $800,000, it was a great investment.

Grew up here but I personally found it boring. Really isn't much to do over here. All the fun stuff requires you to commute in traffic. Hence why I'm planning on moving soon. Definitely a great place if you're looking for a suburban lifestyle and a good place to raise a family though.

This is my hometown and to be honest with you guys there is really nothing to do here of course there's a basic construction buildings like you got your ordinary Target and you got your shopping mall in your movie theater but you wouldn't find what you would get in l.a. compared to what you would get downtown Eastvale that's where my parents are planning on moving too much bigger city were thinking about Tampa but right now we are not for sure but Eastvale is definitely not the place where rich people or a good amount of net worth would move to🙂

We've been looking into Eastvale ( which led me to your videos) Chino, Ontario, and Corona. It's a big ask but could you shed some light on which might be the better choice for a mixed family with kids aging from 4-17. Schools, safety and commute for my husband are too priority. My home town 😁 what they said about the zip lines and stuff like that though I've never heard of so he may have been confusing some of those activitieswith things you can do in Norco, Mira Loma, or Ontario. But I really wished he would have gone into swan lake though it's right behind the shopping center where target and home depot are. I believe it's a smaller community within eastvale that looks to be for the most part less developed and more cheap to put it bluntly but I've never been in there and I wish he would have gone inside. But for the most part great review Eatvale is a great place to live but the high school is pretty terrible when considering the surrounding neighborhood its in.(I'm speaking from personal experience), and while the stem building is nice along with its courses however the rest of the school isn't so much. So if you were a family was considering moving to Eastvale for their high school or soon to be high school aged kids I would definitely think twice about that decision.

You should do real estate videos about Clovis/Fresno/and that new Riverstone city. [Clovis] has great schools, [Downtown Fresno] is getting a a lot of new condos and homes, [Riverstone and Tesoro Viejo] look very promising as my sister just bought a home out there since her tech job went remote. I have been saving money out here in Redwood City, CA. I just wish the market would fill more videos in about the Fresno Area like I didn't even know they had an international airport in perhaps California last affordable region now just watching the pillars and tracks go up for the high speed rail that will connect SF to Fresno to LA just like Japan. #CenCal
