I have compared SMA and EMA a trillion times and they are very close and both work well. I use 8, 20 and 200, green, blue and red.

Its all about smoothing out d noise and i agree...so y not use the smoothed moving average?? It filter out noise even more than the simple moving average..😊

The question of a 20 sma or 20 ema is not THE QUESTION...WHY DONT YOU PLACE THE 50 sma ON YOUR CHARTS in light of pros treating the 50 as a support resistance tool.
