***** Good technique is the ability to go well with the beat, the ability to make your flow complement the melody, how well you can get off beat and on beat to finish a rhyme, how well you use different tones to change the pace of the song, how many words (and how many syllables those words have) you can spit before you run out of breath, etc. Em and Busta are not just about the tech, they have good rapping voices overall and they are very good at lyrics too. Speed is ok but is not the main thing (in my opinion), i consider Nas and Mos Def to be at least top 10 MC's ever and they are not even fast rappers, same goes for Biggie or Ol' Dirty Bastard.

***** 2Chainz has a tons of flow but he lacks tech, i wouldn't say Lil Wayne has low tech level but he needs improving, i like 50 a lot but i consider he has poor tech, Eazy had amazing flow but his tech level was not very high. You wanna check some rappers with good techniques? Listen to Ice Cube, listen to Method Man and U-God, Jay-Z is pretty good too, Pac was really really good, Big Daddy Kane had flawless technique and very unique too. But if you really want to go to the next level you need people like Big L, Shady or Nas, it's just another different level of skill. It depends if your looking for a good beat maker, for a good flow or overall knowledge about Hip-Hop, Jazz and Blues, then again this is just my opinion as worthy and valid as the next man's. Peace.

It also depends on the size of the words aswell. Young Blaze rapped 102 words in 16 seconds. Anyone can do that because he only used words that have 1 or 2 syllables but when you look at Busta, Twista and pretty much everyone else in the video they were using words that have 3, 4 and sometimes 5 syllables which would be a lot harder to pronounce when you are trying to rap.

Look at eminem's verse, it is full of multi-syllable rhymes, look at all the other rapper's verses - full of one syllable words that are easy to say in rapid succession and they do not hold any rhyming complex and very little lyrical content. If you actually want to see the speeds of their verses you have to add all the letters up and divide by 5.1 (the average word length in English) to see who was really faster :) Eminem is the rap god because he has the best technical skills, speed and lyrical content.
