10:05 I was surprised to hear that you have no Botox 😯 - pleasantly surprised though, because I'm in my 40's and I don't want to do any Botox either but I put all my hope into skincare (preferably Korean skincare) ❤ Your skin is amazing and most 25-30 year olds can't dream of having such even toned and nice looking skin. Skincare do work, especially the Korean and Japanese. I used to have a few milia around my eyes and small sebaceous filaments/blackheads on my nose - the milia is all gone (!!) and the stuff on my nose is under control (willow bark extract/BHA is great). I came across this video because of the Neogen essence. I have both the essence and the serum and I love them so much! I love galactomyces too and I always have and use at least one product (toner, essence or serum) with it in my twice a day regimen. I love taking care of my skin. It's my me-time. Other people love going out to the pubs and clubs or smoke expensive cigars or drink fancy wines - I don't do that, I find comfort in taking care of my skin and it's a whole science in skincare to get nerdy with and it's fun! This was so informative. I was using an essence before and then I stopped cause I got lazy with my skincare routine. Now I’m using this Neo Gen in the AM and Tatcha in the evening. Looking at how much it cost, after I’m done with the bottles, I’m going to treat myself to the SK-II from Costco and the Yubi tinted moisturizer. I’ve worked so hard during COVID to get my skin care routine down and I am reaping the rewards and finally stopped wearing foundation. ❤

I've been into the skincare world for a couple of years now and the difference between toner and essence still confuses me... because most of them has not only same consistency but also same ingredients. honestly I use my essence as a toner, to remove residue, and then, a couple of layers of the same essence to boost hydration and prep the skin. am I doing wrong? thank you ❤ PS: neogen essence is one of my favorites

Honestly Essence just has little more ingredients than toner … it’s all marketing‘. 😊

thank you for replying. so I can deduce I'm doing right 🙏 IMO lot of toners can easily come across as essences and viceversa, like tirtir milk toner for example! So, toners and essences are basically the same but the name changes depending upon which step in your regimen you're referring to (if you want to remove residue or layer thin product for hydration). Very informative video!! I'm still using your products and loving them. I'm yet to try your new ones (lavender line) but I definitely will. Was wondering what your thoughts were about the Medicube Booster Age-r H. It's supposed to help the products be absorbed into your skin by over 400%. Since I was about 23 I've tried my best to take care of my skin. Now that I'm 48 I'm definitely more aware of the importance of skin care.
