@@obie1984if you do in vanilla you can do free trade war eco germany build some infra in 1936 convert 6 mills to civs in areas you got them to 100% and if you fully commit to it without agency its possible to hit 300 factories by september 39.

Nope (Some countries it does but i dont reccomend converting in vanilla cause you dont have many building slots)

used to work on pre-NSB soviets but now i guess only US is remotely viable with it since on total mob and one focus means you're instantly converting civ->mil with 0 cost
