Is Fallout the Perfect Dungeon Setting?| Turning the TV series into a Dungeons and Dragons game

In today's video, I talk about Fallout TV lore and why Fallout is the ultimate dungeon setting. Next, I create a one-shot based on Fallout but with a Dungeons and Dragons twist. So expect a necromantic wizard and maybe some dragon-like creatures.
Now, because I'm basing my lore on the Fallout TV series, there will be spoilers if you haven't watched it yet. So I strongly advise coming back to this video if you don't want to ruin the surprise.
If you want to know how to start writing a dnd campaign, this video will show you the ropes of creating a quick dungeon and choosing good villains. I also chat about the traps I've chosen and how I bake in different game elements to keep the momentum going.

@@lorenmakesvideos No worries, it uses the 2d20 system which is really different to D&D. I've ran it a couple times. It's fun, not too hardcore.

To be honest, I'm trying to prioritise different systems as I play a lot of D&D and want to change it up a bit, so that's really good to know. Just checked the Modiphius website actually and there is a sale on atm 😁

@@lorenmakesvideos Over the years I've ran a bunch of different systems, some being great and some being average. Favourites so far have been Cyberpunk Red, Alien RPG (I think bladerunner uses the same one) and of course D&D. There are so many great systems. At the moment, running a D&D campaign using the planescape setting. Gotta check that sale, my wallet groans already lol.

Ahh the D&D group I'm in played Alien, my husband really enjoyed it, and thought I'd get along with the system, so that's very handy to know! Actually I think blade runner and alien are written by the same people as well (freeleague publishing I believe, which makes a lot of sense if it's the same system). Oh don't, I was looking at a Planescape box set 😂 I do love a bit of multiverse lore haha. That's the trouble so many nice things. I also have a habit of buying games 'for research' then play later. Terrible idea haha
