Mohsin bhai fx trading is not illegal but the way funds are deposited and withdrawn in/out PK, is illegal. How you justify why amount has been sent/received to mobile shop account to trade forex? Deposit should be directly in the brooker’s account. recently xness defined local deposit process is illegal.
