To the person wanting 110, it’s fairly easy to re-load old 110 cartridges with 16mm film, especially if you use microfilm without perforations.

Shipping film from Finland to Spain for processing sounds wild. It makes me extremely grateful I have everything within a 15 mins bicycle ride (including E6).

It's actually very fast and not so expensive, either! Plus, the service Carmencita offers (color grading, editing, custom profiles) is higher quality than almost any local lab I've seen/used. It's definitely no one-hour photo, but our customers have been mostly very pleased with the results! I guess conceptually it is a bit crazy though! - Connor

As for the q 'Which bw film has the best contrast?' It would be nice to define the 'best contrast' first. Is it the highest? Because imo the best contrast is barely any contrast at all and you can fix it in enlarger or photoshop afterward, which makes the negatives mostly grey. No highlight no shadow (similarly to raw vision 3).

Thank you, this was excellent and timely information. Somehow you knew I also had several of these questions. Agreed on the contrast, it's a balance between exposure and development, and each film stock has its own characteristics. Of course, after scanning, there are more options for adjustment. "Best" is indeed subjective, and based on what the image is meant to do.

Show me a photograph/video of a fuji film plant (not instax) that is up and running, or one single interview (even over a beer) with a fuji employee who works in such a plant (they would need hundreds, and lots of space too- it would stick out) and I'll entertain the belief that fuji is making film. Until then, I'll trust my gut, the economy, fuji's history, and Bellamy's very firm opinion that they are not producing film.

Not being on time when starting at 9... Lazy people. I heard exact the same thing on a video on a completely different topic. That's really a problem with the younger people these days.
