100% with Joe on the pessimistic view of things, Horan and in particular Quirke's response was odd given that he was involved in what I would perceive was an overly negative Kerry team of late

Agree the same James especially moans about Agnes style yet when try out rules moans

Quirke openly admitted that kerry played the negative way they did so as not to get opened up as he said. Nieve to think mgrs and coaches aren't already thinking about and figuring out ways around the new rules in both a positive and negative sense

Both sides if they did open uo fully game suit them yes may concede but they have probably best 3 forwards pr up there in game.

Tinkering is all very well - biggest issue is the tackle which has never been addressed and is still being ignored by this committee!

Mike guilty of being the old school GAA head who doesnt like an opposing view to his own. More digs than explanations from him.

What's to stop naming the keeper at no.10 and an outfielder in goal. The "no.10" (aka goal keeper) comes back into own half and gets involved with the slow build up while the goal keeper runs into the attacking half. (To be fair I don't have an issue with some slow build up but its gone way too far now).
