Very strange that d very CM says on d floor of d House & at various Press Interviews that at no cost wd hill-cutting b permitted. Yet, so much water has flowed over each villager's heads to a possible Wayanad-like situation, he indirectly gets it cleared thro' his proxies in d Panchayat. If such anti-goa lobbies exist in every Panchayat, Goa is truly doomed, as number of outsiders infiltrating in d Panchayat bodies wd tomorrow b in d very Cabinet to dictate laws & terms to Goans.
