Great review. This exact bag has been on my wishlist for some time now. But was not sure about getting size small or the bigger size. Need a discreet bag that I can take to client meetings days where it's not suitable to bring my Birkin or Kelly ;) Also, I totally feel you about the smooth leather versus the pebbled one. Have the same tendency. Even for Hermès I much prefer the heritage leathers (box or barenia) to the peeled leathers, especially on black/dark colours.
