It’s interesting how Medium Tan 2 looks so peachy on you! I have true neutral undertones (my best matches are Danessa Myricks Yummy Skin Tint in 9, Ami Cole Medium 2, One Size BBB Cream in Medium Dark 1) which basically means I have a just kinda browny beige undertone. I pull more warm golden olive than I do cool pink, but neither of those alone are perfect. Medium Tan 2 is a perfect depth for me but it’s a hair olive yellow. Color theory is so interesting fr! I too feel the pain of being constantly orange, the neutral girlies are always ignored 😭

I love your energy! So radiant. I think it looks SO good on you after it settled in. The Glossier products you tried match your hand better than the Kosas. I think because we apply sunscreen and other brightening skincare ingredients to our face so it tends to be lighter than our body.

I think the medium 1 concealer is closer to the g8 concealer shade. It's neutral but it's an olivey neutral, not super warm olive.

I want to try this brand. Never even heard of it. I usually wear LOreal W4 (sun beige) and lately it has been oxidizing. I also wear the Nars foundation in the color Stromboli, and I'm olive, but can't do the extreme yellow base. I barely wear makeup but I want something for when I feel like getting put together. It's so hard to find a good foundation.

I expected that everything in this particular shade range (as in the general shade range of your, and my, skin) would be too orange because that is what tends to happen, but it was still disappointing! Don't confuse yourself lol, the Kosas concealer and old G8 are great matches for you and the new Glossier concealer does make you look orange

My guess for why the concealer being more orange is because it is better for under eyes and orange cancels out blue under eye circles. Idk just a guess

the kosas concealer in tone 6O is the best shade match i’ve used so far which is why it was my main point of reference! other shades i wear are natural beige in the maybelline fit me dewy + smooth foundation, chantechaille future skin in cream and glossier in G8, but those aren’t the best matches. hope this helps! 😊

it lasts like most other makeup products! longevity is ofc improved with use of setting powder and setting spray so it really depends on the rest if your routine. but nothing abnormal or overally impressive to report 🫡

im really confused. i dont wear makeup other than blush and lip color. but your natural skin and your skin with this foundation is not the same. after the foundation you have some weird pumpkin spice latte orange going on with your face. and when you move your face, some of it look s like it's applied more heavily than others.. i don't think I want to try this now 😶‍🌫
