Thank you so much for this video! I have made my own planners for a couple of years and I have all the stuff needed. I've gotten compliments on how nice they looked. I think I'm going to give this a go. I've already got the planners done and I've created 2 samples Your videos are giving me the inspiration to keep going!

I've been spending lots of time comparing different printer services, and haven't even started pricing out handmade yet! But I love this breakdown, helps to think it thru in a structured way. And I feel the same way about my homemade clothes, if someone didn't know I made it = WIN!

Yes it's definitely a ton to consider in the beginning for sure. So glad you liked the video! That's so cool that you make clothes!

Yes! I will say having certain items starting out is a blessing. I had a printer at home and my mom had a paper trimmer from her job she let me have. It was such a blessing that I was able to start out with those items and 3 months in I'm still using those items.

I am glad I found your channel. I make digital pour paint art and an idea popped in my head to make notebooks with my art on the cover. My husband thinks my idea is cool. Do you have any videos on how to make hardcover books? I love your personality and your name. You seem like an awesome person.

Bonjour Tatiana Thank you so much for all the guidance you are providing to this community. I did try to download your guide but I did not receive anything in by inbox even in the spam folder...

I just checked there was a technical issue on my end. You should have it now :) Thanks so much and sorry for the inconvenience.

This is very helpful! I wholeheartedly agree with the comments on decision making. It can be quite a conundrum honestly. You get to be in charge but you have to have the discipline to stick to one thing. And because of that, I’m thinking about investing in a small team to hand-make my notebooks so that I can handle having custom products, but not be too overwhelmed with my businesses. Do you know where I would go to find people like this? Is there a special term for that role? I imagine it would be quite different than finding a print designer in general. I’m obviously very new to this, but your videos have been helping a ton!

Yes that sounds like a great idea! It sounds like you would be creating your own unique role but basically they would be fulfillment for you. You would teach them the process sand then they will execute it as orders come in. I'm not sure where to find them though possibly search your personal network to see if anyone locally is looking for this type of work with a mix of customer service to start. Hope that helps! Definitely not an expert with hiring but that's probably what I would do.

Will it become complicated to make planners by hand for a big-orders or should they be made upon customer request or restock inventory?

Thank you for this video Tatiana! Do you still make handmade notebooks as well?
@TheInspireBlueprint2 жыл бұрын
I used to but at this time I have all of my notebooks outsourced with other companies. Thank you for watching!

Is book board too thick to punch in the Cinch? Or do you have another way of cutting it?
@TheInspireBlueprint2 жыл бұрын
There are different thicknesses of book board so it could possibly be too think however I’ve never had an issue.
