As far as a holiday celebration for your employees, have them decide where they want to have lunch from one day and have it delivered for them and let them take a longer lunch that day. It's a simple, uncomplicated way to say thank you without disrupting everyone's evening or weekend plans. A suggestion for Wednesday videos - could your editor put together a compilation of Holiday Decorating over the years? It would be interesting to see how some of the various projects over the years have changed -- your lights, your containers, the portico, wreaths, and some of your indoor trees. 🌲🌲🌲🌲🌲🌲

Lol. I've stated this before but.... here in the South East, we get a lot of loud storms come through our area. We have 2 large and 1 small mainly inside dogs. None like loud noises. So, I discovered a few years ago, that if I put a Garden Answer Playlist on the TV with the volume up, it calms the dogs down. They love Laura's calm voice and even the gentle music you have on your videos. I've actually tried other types of videos and shows, but none have the same effect.😂😂 It's all fine and dandy unless the storms get bad enough to cause interference with the internet. 😂 It's very hilarious to watch the dogs.

1:43 This is so funny!! I was talking with a friend recently about the Christmas parties at one of my old companies. I always loved the Christmas (adults only) and summer (families) gatherings because the Marketing team was in charge and picked really nice places. And the food was usually very good. I got to see some places around the city that I had never seen before and wouldn't have any reason to visit aside from something like this. But I did usually have the same thought when it came to gifts (at this company and others) - just give us the money... Thankfully, part of the gift was usually a sizeable visa gift card or store gift card.

Hi guys, enjoying the 🎉 as usual. At about 12:15 Louise from Montreal asked where to get the eucalyptus and magnolia. I found eucalyptus at Walmart! It wasn’t as nice as what Laura got for her containers but works well. For seeded eucalyptus you might try Planterra in Dorval, the carry a huge amount of Christmas stuff and could maybe order it in for you.

Answering the fairy lights sourcing question might seem super obvious, like duh they sell them everywhere. But I totally understand. This was the first year I ever purchased fairy lights. They are so fragile. There must be some that are better quality and more durable for repeated use. I'm sure the person who asked that question had the same thoughts I did. Yes, I can go to Amazon and find a million options, but will they last more than one use? I guess I'll find out. :-)

It’s great when I see people who know their limitations on time and training for dogs in particular. I think it’s cruel for people get a dog just to have one.
