Is Hello Kitty Fuzz REALLY Worth the Hype?

I’m a pretty big fuzz snob and have owned a few hundred at the very least…I bought this on a whim and have to admit it’s good, really good.

It has an internal trim pot as well. I have not seen any videos showing the internal trim pot. This pedal sounds good. Nice demo.

I haven't fact-checked this, but found on Reddit: "Same circuit except the Hammer tone uses silicone diodes for the fuzz, while the Hello Kitty Fuzz uses an op amp."

I like it. It's not my main fuzz but it has it's own unique flavor.. plus it's super cute.

Ive heard it sound amazing (Jon on Play and Trade Guitars) and I've heard it sound like trash (Trogly). You made it sound really good... and I appreciate the excellent explanation of how it's controls work. I won't be rushing out to grab one but I'd use it if someone got it for me as a gift. It did sound sick at Amp time though so maybe it will be in my future .

If I gigged with it If have to start identifying as a pink hello kitty, kitty, footpedal 🤫😲🙄🤭🤭 I loved my pink Hohner S type, but I'd have respray that pedal, it makes me feel kinda quesy🤕🤕 Nice riffage too btw. Watching a bit of AC/DC at Donington on the TV. Takes me back, circa 1991 iirc. Yardbirds and Rory Gallagher on Sky Arts council TV later tonight (Saturday) too👍✌️✌️✌️

Oh yeah, I would definitely feel a little uneasy as a man approaching my 40s with a pink pedal with a little kitty girl on it but it's nothing a bit of strategic gaffa tape wouldn't fix 🤣🤣 It's got some serious tones going on and definitely hints towards some of those classic vintage fuzz vibes. I do love a bit of sky arts, some great concerts available there, cheers for the heads up 👍

Nah, it's a mass produced pedal. The scalpers will eventually bring their prices down when they realise they weren't made in that limited numbers and you might even be able to pick one up for a bit of a bargain 👍
