Is Hollywood Dead? What's the Future of Indie Film?

This was a fun discussion and got me thinking about the new wave of indie film and how we are at the precipice of a foundational shift in the way we tell stories in the medium. In spite of the industry depression I believe a new wave of uncensored voices are about to scream from the silver screen and Hollywood's bland conformity will be shattered to pieces. What are your thoughts on this ?
