From what I've determined just by looking at this, is that this is a lab of sorts. (Maybe the lab is called Neurosis). The people with red triangles on their clothing are people who work there, and the ones in black jumpsuits with the white rectangle on the chest are inmates or test subjects

One of the few horror mods where you could actually make a classic horror movie song out of it. Hot Damn. I especially love how most sound weird as heck, but absolutely fkn SHINE when combined with others. The lightswitch guy was a great idea. Reminds me of the classic horror movie trope of the ghost only being there in the dark.
