The RBI can manage volatility through forex interventions and rate adjustments. Long-term reforms like promoting skill development, R&D, and infrastructure will increase productivity. Strengthening trade relations and leveraging global platforms can diversify risks. Deepening domestic capital markets and encouraging local investments will further stabilize the economy and financial markets.

Gold should not be counted as a deficit....imgaine a person buys a gold bar of 1 lak...how is he in deficit. If he spends 1 lak on a vacation you can say he doesnt have the 1 lak anymore. But if he bot gold...he still has the gold that he can sell. When we use usd to buy dollars...we have exchanged paper dollars to get the gold....if we as a country need to import resources like oil we can always give gold to saudi for some oil...hence gold shudnt be a deficit item especially when usd is paper thatvusa prints with no limit.
