Hell no she can’t take this team to the playoffs, because her team won’t let her😳. I play ball and it’s a shame that her own team won’t look 👀 to get her the ball once she gives it up! The most prolific shooter in the game and you straight out ignore it. Wow, mind boggling 😮. If a person doesn’t know what jealousy and stupidity mean. Just watch the Indiana fever games if your a CC fan. “ That’s real talk right there”

It's possible that Caitlin Clark's exceptional talent might create some tension, but it's important to remember that basketball is a team sport, and success often comes from collaboration. While her high scoring can sometimes overshadow her teammates, it’s also clear that she has a strong assist record, which shows she's not just focused on herself. Balancing star power with teamwork is always a challenge in sports. Anyway, I still agree with your point, her teammates should pass the ball to CC during crucial times. She is such a great shooter.

We must be more educated when talking about Caitlyn Clark's lack of shots. As a player and coach I will provide said education. Christie Sides continues to do the wrong things. When asked about Caitlyn's lack of shots she replied Caitlyn needs to take 15 shots a game, instead of saying I need to get Caitlyn 20 shots and I also have to get her 5 to 10 open uncontested shots a game. X's & O's; Christie Sides is not running an offense conducive to getting Caitlyn Clark open looks and many shots. Christie Sides does the same thing with Caitlyn 90% of the time. Caitlyn dribbles the ball up the court and receives a high screen and roll from Aliyah Boston. There are multiple problems with this: Aliyah Boston is not an effective outside shooter. That high screen/pick should be set by the shooting guard or shooting forward. This is predictable and in a professional league where a great deal of the film is watched, teams know they can get the ball out of Caitlyn's hands by committing to the double team and leaving Aliyah Boston as she is not an outside shooter. An offense's main job is to confuse the defense and make it hard to predict what the team is going to do, if you do the same thing over and over again professional coaches and teams are going to figure out how to stop that. Caitlyn should not be setting screens/picks. Once she gives the ball up she should get a back screen headed toward the baseline or corner then picks headed back up to the top of the key providing multiple opportunities for shots. Caitlyn needs a coach who can get her quality shots and her teammates must commit to her being the #1 option. As a point guard I have played in systems with hundreds of plays and systems comprised of motion offenses with no play calls. I preferred the motion offensive systems as there were no play calls so the other team could not predict what we were doing and I never did the same thing. For example I could pass left or right, pick where I passed or away, cut through on the ball side, middle or away, get a backscreen for a layup or to run to the corner etc,. the movement was based on all players knowing offensive team fundamentals, who should get the most shots, where were each persons high percentage areas, where the defense was weak at that time and most importantly no player ever and I mean ever doing the same thing unless the advantage and success was so great noone could stop it! John please utilize this knowledge at your leisure and let's be more educated when pointing out the flaws in Christie Sides coaching and Caitlyns teammates not being told, clearly, that Caitlyn is always the first option and to know when you should be looking for her and when you are in position to succeed in your high percentage areas on the floor. This sounds complicated but trust me for fundamentally sound professional players it is not and is completely instinctive! Arnette Chappelle Brogdon III

Every fan can see that Clark teammates are always out of positions when she is to take her shot , they don’t hustle around to make it even look like a pass or shield for her and miss passes a lot and it’s on purpose period , she needs to get thru this season and then go to a team that a coach has praised her performance and then you will see a winning team !!❤❤❤❤

It's interesting you think that. Caitlin Clark is actually known for her impressive teamwork and playmaking abilities. She led the NCAA in assists per game with an average of 8.6 during the 2022-2023 season, showcasing her ability to involve her teammates. Additionally, she often draws defenders, creating opportunities for others to score. Her leadership on the court has been pivotal in driving her team's success. Can call her anything but selfish.

Clark is amazing, but her coach and team mates are far far far from amazing. It is not a team that can, collectively, do much but keep the basemnet firmly anchored where it is and has been for years. Three number one picks three years in a row and the team does nothing but stink up every gym they play in. To think that coaching does not have something, perhaps everything, to do with continuous losing seasons is craziness. To see Caitlin Clark have to deal with all of the petty WNBA crap on top of playing on a nearly hopelessly inept team, is extremely sad. I wish for her that there was a reasonable and rational way out of the Fever organization. I hope that Caitling Clark remains well and healthy mentally and physically and is able to continue to find a life affirming balance in the ony current place available, inside her own head.

Christie is finally getting feedback from the fans for the disrespect she is dishing out to Caitlin. I think Christie is afraid to make proper corrections in fear of retaliation from the black dominated woman’s basketball league. Christie is afraid to turn Caitlin loose. She also Refuses to insist that the team stop shunning Caitlin and include her in the offense. This bigotry and hatred needs to be addressed, NOW! It is a shame that the coaches are allowing this to happen, they know it is not correct and detrimental to the sport but they are too cowardly to stop it. CC and the fever can run the table after the all star break. First, with another head coach that actually has the mentality and not incompetent like sides. Wheeler needs to be waived and smith.Hall Cc Samuelson Temi and hull should be the starting 5. When the fever subs out CC, the fever goes to a half court offense. Lisa Bluter or Larry Bird as HC.

It's interesting to consider the potential changes in coaching and lineup for the Fever post-All Star break. Adjustments in leadership can often bring new strategies and energy to a team. Balancing roster decisions and maximizing player strengths will be crucial moving forward.

i do believe they will make the playoffs as rookies usually 2nd half is almost always better than their first and Aliyah Boston is on her way to becoming one of the all time greats, but I think it will be at least 3 or 4 years before they are serious contenders.

Developing young talent often leads to stronger performances in the second half of the season. Aliyah Boston's growth is definitely promising for their future. It's reasonable to expect a few years of development before they become serious contenders.

@@shegotgame22 no it’s not but it could be relevant. For some people having an agenda and adhering to an ideology for what they really want could mean more than wins and losses in a meaningless regular season WNBA game. How many white Christian women are giving CC grief?

Pretty sure the answer is YES. Also, there are rumors she's had/having relationships with one or more players, but I do not have a reliable source for that at this time. Should have released one of the players instead of Celeste. Apparently decided not to release her because she's Aliyah Boston's best friend, so released Celeste instead, two-time defensive player of the year, for a team that plays crap defense. Really sound roster move... NOT!

Exactly . I believe cc is prejudice against black players. All her life up until this point has been around other white people including her college team who was all white. Cc doesn’t like black people & I think it’s pretty clear to see & I think a lot of players in the league know that. But you can’t say that out loud .
