I think you should really talk about how good bungus is on engineer, its actually a really underrated item mr streamer, this is a very thoughtful and original thought and it would be a shame if it was discarded for being interpreted as a meme...

- Avoid using command early on for regular runs, it's a noob trap that can only really be utilised well by people who know how the game works already - General knowledge on procs and proc coefficients

First tip in that video should definitely be to completely disregard that only 5 minutes a stage thing. That has brought irreparable damage to the game

if i remember correctly, having just one stack of every damage item is equal to about 30 delicate watches in damage due to multiplicative damage scaling

I always full loot but I go as fast as I can(I also normally play on the standalone typhoon difficulty mod[difficulty comes from starstorm2])

It works on a case by case basis, who’s the survivor, what’s the starting stage, what items do you get on your first stage, prior experience to the game? You might get good luck and get busted items that allow you to do stages in about 5 mins. But this is ror2, luck doesn’t exist. I just go till I get all the chest then dip.

In terms of tips, diversifying damage types is my biggest one. Ten different damage items will do more than ten of the same.

in terms of tips, i think it’s really important to try more than one survivor. i ONLY played railgunner for many hours and because of that i didn’t realize what i was missing out on

First tip: Although Artificer can one-shot an enemy, there are some that are just too tough. To combat this, pick up Shattering Justice. After hitting an enemy 5 times, this item will reduce armor by 60 for 8 seconds. Combined with a Soldier's Syringe for Flame Bolt, you can quickly reduce an enemy's armor. Alternative: Although Loader can one-shot an enemy, there are some that are just too tough. To combat this, pick up Shattering Justice. acepting lose is the first step to improving and learning to love the game. I know it sounds silly, but I have more than 400 hours in ror2 and half my friends that quit stopped before they were able to win constantly. acepting lose is hard to learn, but it helps you look at every death as something you did and can improve on rather than the game being full of shit.

You should talk about the damage fall off with Commando's M1 when shooting at a distance. I have hundreds of hours and only found this out recently

One tip I wish I knew was that the stages are not randomly generated, and you should learn the layout. You'll naturally learn it, but it helps to know where things are and can spawn

Beginners Tip Here: Teleporter emits a large group of red particles to indicate where they're located. A huge problem I had when i start playing RoR2 was finding the teleports. Many early runs would end cuz i took too much time searching or just gave up in general. When i found this out, runs went a while lot quicker. However, if you can't see them an a certain area, then it's time to look in the more hidden/ apart areas you can't normally see from a high point

I think a lot of new players really overlook how powerful a FMP build can be and even when they do build one it is purely focused on gas or ceremonial daggers and don't end up building it to nearly as powerful as it can be. Doing an overview of a well built FMP might be good for new players?

Tip for beginners: Learn how to roll pots on Abandoned Aquaduct. It will be frustrating at first but bands are such good items that it is worth sinking 30 minutes into rolling pots onto plates

yeah inferno mithrix phase 4 is probably the worst fight design ever its extremely unfair, the rest of the fight is fine... but its literally bullshit. If I ever play inferno again ill just disable the mithrix changes and use umbral :)

A personal tip: diversify your playstyle, dont just play one character to unlock everything in the game, i made the mistake of playing bandit and only bandit for quite a while because i thought he was amazing and super fun, and dont get me wrong, he is, but i never gave anyone but him a chance until i had unlocked nearly every item in the game, once i reached that point, i gave acrid a try, then loader, then commando (again), then void fiend, huntress, railgunner, captain, and i realized that it was so much more fun to play a bunch of different charavters as opposed to having just one "main".

why not scrap the bands and crit before plarving to not have them corrupted? i understand if it happens late in the run, but isn't it still worth it in this particular use case ?(having ICBM + plimp + plute if you do die)

I'd have to say not to focus on unlocking stuff, and instead just enjoy the game. If you can do both, props, but I've found that it makes the game feel grindy and tedious when you're trying to unlock new items and junk. (I'm talking to YOU, gestures)
