Sir, As we have seen, using the method explained here we can create an altogether new number which is not a part of the representative set. However, it is also true that the relation discussed before is bijective.... So it must have an inverse. If the new number is not a part of the set at all it will not have an inverse. So, can we really apply this method for the hotel problem? Correct me if I'm wrong but.... Aren't the integers supposed to represent the hotel rooms? So if there is no hotel room for this particular number generated, how can we accommodate new guest?

Sir does the Cantors diagonalisation method not work for set of natural numbers to find a number not existing in it?? For example - 7 40 1047 1984848 ...... Add one to the diagonal(that is. Inverted i.e. going right to left). New number - ...5158 Sir the solution which i found for that is because each natural number is finite. But sir is it correct??
