Curious if you have ever used Anastasia's dip brow pomade? I heard the Tame & Frame from NYX is also a dupe for that product!

I already tried both. Most review said NYX is the dup and some even prefer the NYX. But for me I like the Anastasia more. I go for the natural look and usually when I use Anastasia, I will blend the product out on the lid before apply to my brow. This method won't work with NYX because NYX texture is softer and more blendable, so blending on the lid the product will already disappear and won't show up on my brow. I tried using on my brow straight, and blend out on my brow, and it disappear again. It just not stay put where my brow has the most problem, I don't know why. I have this problem with most brow product, though. And that's why I love Anastasia Brow pomade, it's one of not many product that work for me. In short if you have sparse or normal eyebrow, NYX will work. But if you have small blank in the middle of your brow NYX won't work.

I would skip the tame and frame and pick up the NYX brow gel, it's amazing! Especially if you too if with the tinted brow mascara. It's kinda annoying that it's in a tube and you have to squeeze it out, but the quality is there and it lasts all day. Hope this helps!

RachelCorrin If you have something like the dipbrow or even an empty sample container from sephora, squeeze a bit onto the lid and you can seal it back up when you're done using it so you don't waste any product

***** I got the NYX Tame & Frame in Blonde yesterday and tried it today and I love it... you have to figure out how to work with it so as not to use a lot of product and over do it but its creamy stays all day and is a great color match for blonde hair!

Hey, Dani! I'm so glad you shared this! I used to use an elf brow kit and then a matte shadow to do mine, but had always wanted to try a pencil. When NYX's new products launched I picked the Micro Brow and fell in love. My brows have never looked better. And I've never tried the ABH one, but I figured NYX was trying to dupe it because they also launched a pomade-type product now too. Happy I won't ever have to spend the $21!

+edith vargas I've noticed that Target carries a very limited product selection when it comes to NYX Cosmetics, so they don't have this product. I would check Ulta's website if there's none close enough to drive to! They've got a lot of promotions going on with NYX

Dani, you brighten my morning! I love see your videos. I've never used the Ana brush but I use plain Maybelline dark brown eye shadow with a brush. It works for me. I don't have alot of brow issues. I liked you found a dupe though. One day I may switch to a pencil and I love Nyx other products too. I think that line, Nyx, is often underrated. I have oily skin & use Anastacia products for my brows however I also use the Model in a Bottle eyebrow sealer. Love this combo as my brows go nowhere all day! I have to scrub my brows off using the sealer!

I was pleasantly surprised it worked well...I did also try the tinted brow gel and the control freak gel product to "set" my brows....all great products...definitely a huge savings in my makeup account (LOL)! I purchased the NYX micro brow in taupe and it's very similar to the ABH brow wiz in taupe. The NYX is just a hair lighter than the ABH. Hope that helps someone.

I love that you did this video! I agree with you 100% about Micro Brow being a great dupe for Brow Wiz in product, but not in spooley. I absolutely love the ABH spooley and will definitely invest in the #12 spooley brush that you mentioned. I had to adapt my color as well because I'm usually a Brow Wiz Brunette but with Micro Brow, Brunette is too warm. I went for Ash Brown with Micro Brow and it works perfectly for me. I go through a Brow Wiz in less than a month because I'm heavy handed with my brow product and use the spooley to lighten the application. It just seems to work for me so having a cheaper option definitely makes me feel better about my method. Thanks for the video, you brighten my day!

I have extremely dry skin and have to moisturize my face like crazy! I have always had issue with the Brow Whiz being a little too creamy and smearing everywhere. I love that the Nyx pencil is a little more dry. It lasts through naps and everything! Also, you may have gotten a defective cap, because my caps are not loose. They click into place on my Nyx pencil. I am so happy with the Nyx pencil. I use a different spoolie (I have a spoolie with the angled brush on the end from Coastal Scents) and it works wonderfully.

I have the same brow problem. Mine grow near black but my hair is a light brown. I need to start fillijng them in because some spots grow more than othersndo and they look not even. I absolutely thunk the nyx pencil frames your face much better than the Anastatia pencil! You are a life saver Dani!

I had already gotten this before I started hearing the dupe buzz. It is the first product that matches me perfect in the Chocolate shade. I'm going to try the pomade dupe from NXY too next. Just happy to find a product that matches my brow color and that is so natural looking. Thanks for the great information.

Yay!! I've never been a fan of Anastasia. The brow products I do love are from Channel and Dior, though, so they're even more expensive than ABH! Can't wait to try the NYX, and your timing couldn't be better; I was going to run to Neiman's, this week for replacements (I live in Dallas, too). Now, I've got options and money to save!!
