Would highly recommend when you ever get the chance mate! You get in the shallow ends in summer you are bound to get more than just a bite....Will be hard to keep rods in the water 💪🎣 tight lines geezer 👍💪

Great video again, mate. Hopefully, the weather is better next session, and you get a bit of sun on the water, always a good spot to target in the winter where the sun hits the water abit of warmth some times switchs them on for a bite. Congratulations to all the winners

Was hitting 30 on 18lb mono mate wasn't the spod rod 🙈🤣 but yeah mate no worries, on my spod reel I use a 45lb shock leader (spomb owns brand) and 26lb Berkeley whiplash! Banging mate and nice and thin!

Have you tried a bollie only tactic up there yet cant remember if you have but 15mm would probably stop the bream it would be expensive but could pay of with some fish

Genuine question... if southcoast cant hit the clip when spombing at that range, why bother 😂.. just fish a distance thats comfy and acheivable for the whole session

To be fair mate he did start hitting the clip comfortably...just took him a bit of warming up and a bit of confidence in his gear 👍🎣 but genuinely agree with you there mate!

@ChunksterFishing ye it does take abit of faith in the gear to give it the beans. Need to go to a local res, with a bucket of molehill/sand and just practice spombing at that range to get the confidence in yourself/the gear
